I was welcomed by Grace at the door and given a full tour of the facility. We had a great discussion about reformer pilates and ended up agreeing to a demo class on the spot. That kind of genuine, friendly welcome makes a real difference, especially for anyone new to pilates who might be a bit unsure walking in for the first time.
